Brain MRI data for classification
Hello,
I am currently a third year student at computer science and I am doing my project on Brain MRI data classification: what I am trying to achieve is to apply machine learning algorithms to brain MRIs, and classify them into healthy or abnormal brain (by this I mean brain with tumour). I've found it quite a challenge to find data of healthy and brains with tumour from the same source. Using scans from different sources (different websites) would significantly influence my results and would lead into false classifications of the images.
Does anyone know any source where I could get data from? I've been advised not to contact medical institutes as it takes a lot of time to get the data and I need it as soon as possible to be able to start the project.
I appreciate any suggestion!
