Hi Andrea,
you can find simulated healthy brain structures from http://brainweb.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/brainw... and clinical data base from http://www.cma.mgh.harvard.edu/ibsr .You can find tumor images from http://www2.imm.dtu.dk/projects/BRATS201... where you can find SimBRATS files which are in brainweb space.I think you can use brainweb and simbrats files.
