Projects can offer support to their users in many different ways, including the Support Tracker, wiki, mailing lists, etc. This can result in a barrier to project use if support is hard to find.

A 'best practice' recommendation is to use a NITRC Custom Tab, called 'Support' that can be redirected by the project administrator to the desired location for support in each project.
