Thanks for the file, Kait. Unfortunately, it looks like bioformats
needs to have more data to actually open the file for testing. (in
particular it fails to find the first .pty file- which is an
internal text file that stores imaging parameters). Since it might
be tricky/annoying to upload your whole dataset (e.g. the whole
thing zipped to Dropbox), instead can you try opening your data in
Fiji, first with drag-and-drop, then with the Bioformats Importer
plugin? If that works, we will be able to get a solution
working for importing into Vaa3D.
