Thank you for your response. I tried to follow your suggestions and I am having trouble with what to input after the -T, does DRAMMS come with its templates, are they available for download?
Also, along with inputting a source image, do I also need to input a Tissue class representation of the anatomical? For example, If I want to create RAVENS map for GM, WM and Lateral Ventricles, would I need to generate tissue-class representations for each? i.e. GM= 0, WM= 2, and LV= 1? And those would be nifti images inputed after the -L command.
