DRAMMS does not include a template itself. But there should be plenty of atlases to download. For example, you can google brain MRI atlas download nifti. If your subject image is skull stripped (perferred), then use a skull-stripped atlas, otherwise use a with-skull atlas.
The option '-L ${label_src}' in my previous post was to input a label image. The label image is a byte nifti image in the subject's image space (it labels the subject image). It contains positive numbers for different regions (for example, in your case, you can label GM 10, WM 20 and lateral ventricles 30), and you let the program know there are three regions labeled as 10,20,30 via the option "-l 10,20,30".
