Hi Everybody,

I am a new one for analyzing medical image (mri, fmri).
My PHD thesis is diagnosing ADHD using classifcation algoritm.
First i want to create only mri dataset. So I download dataset of Peking University. 
there are two folder under peking dataset They are anat and rest. under these folder , there are many files whose extension is .nii
First, My aim is only create mri dataset. then create other dataset like fmri dataset.
But I do not know whether these images is mri or fmri.
I try to read these images in matlab but it gives an error.
Please , can you give information about these files and how to read these images in matlab.

I would be  greatly appreciate your help.
