what is .nii ?
(Hi,
the anat is structural MRI like T1 or T2. and rest is the resting-state fMRI. any visualization MRI software- search in nitrc- like spm on matlab, FSL on Linux and ITK_SNAP on pc can do the job, for rfMRI you need to process the data first. again for rfMRI you can use �CONN on matlab. if you have Linux op the best and the easiest way is using �uber on afni. they all can read .nii�
