Hello everyone! I am a student doing research on Machine learning, could i ask some question about the dataset?

first, there are in total 970 folders in the downloaded data, but most of them are unlabeled(without Phenotypic Key). is this intended?

second, in the allSubs_testSet_phenotypic_dx.csv file, there are some data with N/A diagnosis result and some data labeled "This data requires permission to use.", should i require seperated permission for using it?
