looking for a toolbox to cut slice
Hi there,
I am looking for a toolbox that can cut MR images (in this case it's T1 weighted images) along Z direction.
My images are 240*240*XXX. Different subjects have different numbers of z slices.
I want to remove some of the z slices without changing the resolution. Does anybody know any toolboxes or software that can perform this?
