Hello,
CPAC is entirely python-based and builds on nipype. C-PAC is using different processing techniques in the sense that it is an evolved version of the batch_process.sh. For instance you can now include more advanced nuisance regression, do group analyses etc.
I believe it is also possible to use ANTS for registration purposes.
