Hello,

I'm using the latest version of dcm2niix (v1.0.20170724) to convert dicom files to nifti.  The conversion runs all the way through, but when I open the MPRAGE in fslview, the image looks distorted (see attached screenshot) for some participants (though not for all).  Data were collected on a 3T Siemens; when I ask other groups who've collected data at the same scan center, they don't report experiencing the same problem.  Do you have any insight as to what step of the process could be contributing to this distortion?
