I am sorry I missed it when I first looked, but there is clearly a broken T1 scan in the sample you provided me. It looks like a Siemens Product sequence *tfl3d1_16ns. The issue is that the slice thickness is reported as varying across the volume. This seems unlikely for a 3D sequence, so it probably reflects an error in how the DICOM images were generated. However, this reflects an error in your images, not my software. Any DICOM viewing tool (e.g. Horos) will demonstrate this issue. My software does warn the user when it sees images like this, which can not be losslessly converted to a single NIfTI volume:
Warning: Interslice distance varies in this volume (incompatible with NIfTI format).

I am afraid you will have to work with your vendor to resolve this.
