I want to convert my DTI, fMRI and T1 data to .nii and I am using dcm2nii.
1. First, I have this message appearing:
"Chris Rorden's dcm2nii :: 2MAY2016 64bit BSD License :: (upgrade to dcm2niix suggested)
reading preferences file C:\mricron\dcm2niigui.ini"
Althought I tried to upgrade, I don't really know how to do it. I downloaded the file: dcm2niix_28-Mar-2018_win.zip but after that I don't manage to open the program (as in the caption I am sending).
2. Secondly, I am using SPM12 and dcm2nii only offers to convert for SPM8. Is that a problem?
