Hello,

I am currently attempting to run an AFNI script using  NITRC-CE however it seems that the version of AFNI is too old to recognize my script (does not have updated binaries- I cannot even run @update.afni.binaries . Has anyone else run into this problem? I have AFNI on my personal computer and it was able to run the script in its current state so I do not think it is an issue of the script itself. Is there a way to update the software on my instance despite not being an administrator/ having write permissions?
