In vivo template was used for spm12 segmentation.
I did the analysis according to your suggestion.

- increase by 10 times the voxel size of the rat priors
- change affine regularisation in your batch as "No affine Registration"
- change biais regularisation in your batch as "no regularisation"

However, the following problems occurred.
