questions about network analysis using gretna
Hi
I am doing network analysis by using gretna. I've already got functional connectivity matrix which has been converted by using Fisher's z-transformation.
When I tried to do the network and nodual network analysis by using gretna, I got
'''
Something went bad ... the job has FAILED !
The last error message occured was :
Error using logical
NaN's cannot be converted to logicals.
'''
Is it because the matrix was converted by using Fisher's z-transformation? Should I use the functional connectivity matrix without Fisher's z-transformation?
I really appreciate if you can help us with my problem.
Thanks in advance
