Hi Benson,
sorry you ran into this problem! Did you allocate enough memory to the virtual machine? Another suggestion might be to try and redownload the VM, maybe it got corrupted somehow. Do you have the host and xnat folders set up correctly?
I'll see if I can find a windows machine around here to test things out...
