PPMI images converted as split volumes
Dear Chris
I have a handful of images (out of 2000+) from PPMI that convert to a two volume 4D nifti, with half the 3D image in each volume. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with the DICOM headers so I can report it to PPMI but I haven't been able to pinpoint the problem. Would you mind taking a look, please? I'm attaching the logorrheic dcm2niix output.
