Hi Anh,
No it's not possible to use the density counting data with Nutil. Nutil is compatible with segmentations generated with the Pixel Classification workflow in ilastik or the Pixel and Object classification workflows. They are RGB images in PNG format. For instructions see https://nutil.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
