OK, you'll have to forgive me if these are really basic questions but I'm new to the image processing world. I'd like to use your JIP program to look at some BOLD data from rats and I don't really know where to begin. I've downloaded the program and put it in my home path as it said to do in the read me file but now I'm at a standstill. Is there an executable file I can run? I'm on a 64bit Linux system running Suse if that helps, but when I click the exectuable files in the folders I downloaded nothing happens.
