For the voxel based analysis I have observed, that the program performs the same amount of tests when I do not restrict the ROI as compared to when I set the ROI to only one hemisphere.
This confuses me because I thought that setting a ROI would have the advantage of reducing the number of tests performed and requiring fewer corrections (FDR, Bonferroni...). Am I wrong?
