I think that Lead-DBS.org (https://www.lead-dbs.org/about-the-mni-spaces/) and the links you can find there provide a good starting point to get a broad overview.

Be aware that the atlases are often based on slightly different variants of the MNI stereotactic space, which means that you must be careful when importing ROI definitions from multiple atlases, since you may need to do spatial transforms.

Meanwhile, there have been efforts to make this easier: See https://www.templateflow.org/ and the accompanying article by Ciric et al. (Nature Protocols 2022).

I have noticed that there are different atlases to choose ROIs from. For the ABCD study itself there seems to be 4 atlases: Fischl, et al., 2002; Desikan, et al., 2006; Destrieux, et al., 2010; Hagler, et al., 2009. And from what I understand, many researchers use the Harvard-Oxford Atlas or the Johns Hopkins atlas. So I am assuming that we will have to unify the ROIs to compare results from different datasets, but I am wondering if there is the option to interchange ROIs from different atlases as well.
