Hello,

I have functional MRI scans acquired using Magnetom Cima.X scanner for resting state and task. I have used dcm2niix version v1.0.20220720. A warning stating that the slice timing appears corrupted comes up. When we look into the created .json file, the slice timing values are written as -0.001. 

Along with this, there is another warning which is "Warning: Assuming mosaics saved in reverse order due to 'sSliceArray.ucImageNumb'"

We have tried using  dcm2niix v1.0.20241211. It doesnot give any warnings. But the slice timing is not written in the created .json file.

Could you please help with this.
