I have created a list of the number of volumes for each resting state scan, it can be downloaded from http://www.nitrc.org/frs/downloadlink.php/3396.

I interpret the sessions to be acquired on different days, and scans withen a session to be acquired during the same scanning session.  So more than one session could be on the same day, but a session corresponds to a the contiguous time in which the subject is in the scanner.  More information about the details for the data acquisition can be found at http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/adhd200/.

Was the OHSU phenotype data missing from the tarfile?  It can be downloaded from here: ftp://www.nitrc.org/fcon_1000/htdocs/indi/adhd200/sites/ohsu/data/OHSU_phenotypic.csv.
