Thank you for your interest in the ADHD-200 preprocessed data.

Specific information about how each dataset was acquired can be found on the ADHD-200 project page: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/adhd200/index.html. Click on a site and then look for "Scan Parameters". 

Labels for the Talaraich and Tournoux, Harvard-Oxford, Eickhoff-Zilles and AAL atlases can be found at each projects respective website. Links for each of these can be found here: http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index.php/neurobureau:AthenaPipeline#AAL.2C_EZ.2C_HO.2C_and_TT_Atlas_construction.

ROIs for the CC200 and CC400 atlases have not been labeled, but the time course distributions contain nifti images of the atlases and you can use this information to locate each ROI in space. You could also take the center coordinate for each ROI and use a databaseing system such as the Talaraich Daemon or AFNI's whereami tool to determine a label for the regions.
