Hi,

We have the fibers (e.g. representing the uncinate fasciculus)
from DTI-tractography for each of our subjects from our group. We are looking for a tool that uses these fibers from all subjects to create a 'group-average uncinate fasciculus fiber'. Does anybody know if such a tool is available?
