RE: averaging fibers
A new Connectomist toolbox will be released soon in the BrainVISA
project. It contains tools to clusterize fascicles at individual or
group level. It can also build a centroid fascicle to represent a
cluster. This is based on the work of Pamela Guevara during its PhD.
Cyril Poupon, the manager of Connectomist, expect to have a release
ready in a few weeks.
Joost, unless I am wrong, I suppose you already know BrainVISA.
Expect a surprise because the new Connectomist toolbox has very few in
common with the current (almost obsolete) version. It has a completely
new ergonomy, it supports many diffusion models and fiber tracking
algorithms and has much more features for data analysis.
