Thanks Xi-Nian and Maarten - this is exactly what I was looking
for! Thanks also to openconnectome for hosting.
One observation: I think the first site labeled 'Berlin' in this directory: http://openconnectomeproject.org/data/in... is actually 'Leipzig'. I'm basing that off the number of subjects, 37, and the fact that in the 21sites.pdf file Leipzing is mentioned but not the other Berlin site.
FYI I'm posting the connectivity matrices on our site (http://umcd.ccn.ucla.edu) for anyone who wants to run a quick web-based graph theory analysis on them.
