In the atlas manager, you need to check all the checkbox before the
images you want to visualize and select the right "Channel to blend"
para (you can also change the default color setting for each image)
then click the "OK" button. Back to main GUI, click "See in 3D". It
should works.
note: make sure all images have the same size
