MIPAV Histogram Matching Out of Memory
Hi MIPAV experts.
I'm using mipav to apply Histogram Matching Algorithm on my nifti images (two volumes of 256x256x40 voxels, 1.7MB). When progress bar is at 45%, algorithm goes "Out of Memory". Heap size is now 6GB but Memory Total in Memory usage windows is 256MB...
Help me please :)
