RE: MIPAV Histogram Matching Out of Memory
Dear Riccardo,
Unfortunately not. I have already done those instructions. As I said in my previous mail, I set the heap size to 2GB (4GB and 6GB too), restarted the program, but the total memory is 256MB (see 1st image in attached file). Then, I did a change in /usr/bin/mipav script (MIPAV_MEMORY=1024M and MIPAV_JAVA_FLAGS="-Xmx6144m") but it doesn't work (see 2nd image). In mipav.preferences, MaximumHeadSize and StartingHeapSize are set to 6144. I work on Linux x64 Ubuntu 12.10.
Is there oher preferences that I have to configure it manually? Is the issue from the Histogram matching plugin?
Thank you for support,
Riccardo
