RE: How to find out frontal lobe volume in T1 MRI
If using AFNI to preprocess your structural neuroimaging data, you
can use the Talairach Daemon to predefine your region of
interst. Then you can probably use something like 3dcalc to
calculate the number of voxels in the mask.
You can probably use Freesurfer too, although I am not exact on the procedure.
