RE: How to find out frontal lobe volume in T1 MRI
Hello Roalnd,
Thanks for your reply. I am giving the details which you asked.
3D T1 weighted sMRI 256 256 176
Slices per slab 176
FoV read 256 mm
Slice thickness 1.00 mm
TR 2730 ms
TE 2.95 ms
T1 - 1000ms
Flip angle 7'
I am doing comparative study
Grp-1 ADHD patients n=15
Grp-2 COntrol n=15
I am doing VBM analysis by using VBM8 tool in SPM
I found GM, WM & CSF volume and regional difference in the gray matter.
Now I would like to find out absolute lobar volume like frontal lobe occipital lobe etc.
So I need your help to find out absolute lobar volumes
Thanks
Ramesh
