No, the clinical interview does not include and fMRI investigation. It concerns an intervied conducted by a clinical psychologist who inquires the parents and child about their history of possible psychiatric symptoms. It is standard practice to conduct such interview in order to establish psychiatric diagnosis. As far as I know (f)MRI is not used yet to support such diagnosis. That's actually why we're all in this field ;)

The imaging data is included with all the datasets. For the ADHD-200 competition we held back the diagnostic labels of some datasets. Based on the imaging data competitors then had to predict these labels. So yes, all imaging data is included and is yours to analyze however you want.
