Hi Jonathan,
cool that you are about to submit a paper with the data. We are planning to make a clearer section on the website that describes how to properly cite the data. Citing the PNAS paper is not necessary (but would be more appropriate as a citation in the context of dsicovery science or pooling large datasets).
For now go with something like this:
"Here we included data from the NKI/Rockland sample that is available online as part of the International Neuroimaging Datasharing Initiative. They can be downloaded through http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi... ."
Then go on to describe which subjects you included, their characteristics etc., just as you would for a paper where you collected the data yourself.
It is important to have INDI, the name of the sample, the URL, and the subject characteristics.
