Resting-State Data from Different Scanners
Hello guys,
Does anyone have any good reading recommendations about combining resting-state datasets from different scanners?
I have an unfortunate situation where all controls come from one scanner (Philips 3T) and all patients come from another scanner (GE 3T). Most acquisition parameters were the same (TR, TE, flip angle, in-plane voxel dimensions, matrix size, single shot EPI).
The only differences were the scanner manufacturer and slice acquisition (ascending versus interleaved).
I've found several interesting papers about task based fMRI (e.g., "Multisite reliability of cognitive BOLD data", Neuroimage 54 (2011)) but haven't found any papers on resting-state MRI.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
