ABIDE datasets and discarding first 5 volumes
Dear all,
Was wondering if someone could clarify whether the data we can download from ABIDE needs to be preprocessed with regard to discarding dummy volumes at the beginning of the scans? Is this necessary and if so for which datasets? Or, perhaps this was already done? There is a document about preprocessing for the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project which states that this was done for those datasets, but my question is whether the same processing was done to ABIDE datasets, or whether we are in fact looking at the raw data?
Mike
