Thanks for catching this incongruence. I have checked in with the ABIDE team, and they have reported the following:

"As documented under Olin's diagnostic narrative section, this site does not have DSM-IV-TR codes available. Indeed the individuals with autism should not have a 0 under the DSM-IV TR, given that 0 should refer to controls; these should be missing values instead (we will correct this to avoid any further confusion)."
