You can try getting an account with FITBIR (https://fitbir.nih.gov), but I have not been successful in getting an account yet.
However, I do know they have some funded projects that
include longitudinal studies.
Similarly, you can also try getting data from NDAR: http://ndar.nih.gov (again I have not been able to jump through all the hoops).
