Phenotype info on multiband imaging data
Hello all,

I have been working on multiband imaging test-retest pilot data for a while. Diagnosic information for these subjects have been found in the phenotype table, including the current diagnosis and historical diagnosis. Considering the possible effects of psychiatric illness on our results, I had to check  some problems listed as below . First, this diagnosic information was just self-reported from subjects or assessed from clinical diagnosis by some experienced psychiatrists? Second, what's the classification numbers mean, such as 296.35, 296.25. Third, can we exclud the subjects with history of illness just according to the current/historical diagonisic information provided in the table?

Can anyone give me any more information to solve these problems. Look forward to your reply! Thank you very much!

Best wishes,
