Hi Christian,
No. SPHARM-PDM doesnt analyze 3D surface models. The inputs are 3D Image Volumes (segmentations).
You will have to scan convert your raw data from Freesurfer. In scan conversion a 3D surface is converted into a binary 3D image volume.
