Thank you very much for your response. I was indeed confused by the notation which was different, i.e. with different values entered for TR or TE, one being the actual one and one being either "shortest", "user defined" or something else. So, I could find most of the information but one last (I'm still missing some TI, and the acquisition of the orientation for some of them, but this is not the most crucial)

So, the last small info that I don't have is the TR for the two UM cohorts: in the PDF there is one sequence named "T1 overlay" with TE = 5.7 ms, and TR = 250 ms, and one sequence named "T1spgr" with TE = 1.8 ms, and no TR. Given that the first sequence has a slice thickness of 3mm, I guess that the correct anatomical sequence is the second one. But then unless I also missed it, I don't have any TR.
