Translating NKI-Rockland IDs
Dear all,

Might anyone have some knowledge about this?

I downloaded MRI datasets from the NKI-RS Lite Releases:
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...

However, I access the phenotype data via the COINS Data Exchange (DX).  I used this odd hybrid approach because at the time when I needed the MRI data, there was some problem with the DX.  Downloading the MRI data via the Lite site was the suggested work around.

I've written a script to translate the DX URSI ID (eg, A00037375) to the Lite ID (eg, M10910809 --> 0110809).  I am unable to convert from URSI to Lite ID for almost all the datasets I've downloaded.

I downloaded the Study Number of all studies via the DX and got 321 records. Of these records, only three contain URSI IDs my cohort of interest, children:

% egrep -i child 3760_Study\ Number_20131222.csv
"A00039866","Child-Age 12","","M10917289"
"A00038706","Child- Age 13","","M10982795"
"A00038603","Child -Age 8","","M10915084"

Perhaps the DX does not have the most recent list of study numbers?

I noticed that the .csv file the DX gives me has a date stamp of '20131222'. Other .csv files have a more recent date stamp of '20140129'.

Might anyone have some insight into this?  If this helps, two DX URSI IDs that I cannot find in the 'Study Number' .csv file provided by the DX are:

A00018030
A00027159

Thank you,
- BettyAnn
