Sorry for the late answer. I have downloaded ADHD200_AAL_TCs_TestRelease from the Athena release. As far as I can see templates/aal_mask_pad.nii.gz has 116 regions, as expected. So I guess there was a typo in the table http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index.php/neurobureau:AthenaPipeline . Also the size of rois is expressed in voxels, so if you reslice the data you will get different sizes. Having said that, the file mentioned above does have a 4x4x4 resolution, and I get different mean/std (261/186) than you, or the table in the documentation. Weird. Unfortunately, as I was not involved in the Athena release, I do not have further information. I will ask Cameron Craddock what he thinks.
