IXI Aging DTI Template
- Content of the distribution
1) The "template" directory contains
a) the IXI aging template in NIfTI tensor volume format with the
number of voxels in each dimension 128x128x64 and the physical
dimension of each voxel 1.75x1.75x2.25 mm^3.
b) the brain area mask corresponding to the IXI aging template in
1).
2) The "tsa" directory contains the individually annotated
white matter tracts. For each tract, the annotation includes
a) the binary segmentation in the root directory of each tract
b) the surface models of different resolutions and their associated
boundary models in the "fitting/mesh" directory
c) the very coarse surface models for initializing shape-based
normalization in the "fitting/cmrep" directory
3) The "ixi_license" directory contains
the license agreement pertaining to the use of IXI brain database.
4) The "citation" directory contains
the manuscript describing the construction of the template.
Changes:
May 14th, 2013 --- 3.0 release
Update all the volumes and mesh models so that LEFT in the
IMAGE/MESH space corresponds to the LEFT in the PHYSICAL space.
February 16th, 2011 --- 2.1 release
Update all the volumes to use LPI orientation.
July 15th, 2010 --- 2.0 release
Major enhancement: surface models of white matter tract annotation
released which supports tract-specific analysis (TSA).
