Notes:
IXI Adult DTI Template

- Content of the distribution

1) The "template" directory contains

a) the IXI adult template in NIfTI tensor volume format with the number of voxels in each dimension 128x128x64 and the physical dimension of each voxel 1.75x1.75x2.25 mm^3.

b) the brain area mask corresponding to the IXI adult template in 1).



2) The "tsa" directory contains the individually annotated white matter tracts. For each tract, the annotation includes the surface and boundary models in the "fitting/mesh" directory.


3) The "ixi_license" directory contains

the license agreement pertaining to the use of IXI brain database.
