"These scripts were used in support of the analyses described here https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/20... in which Horien et al. performed identification analyses of
subjects scanned years apart using fMRI functional connectivity
data. Scripts are available to perform ID, assess the significance
of results using permutation testing, perform bootstrapping to
generate confidence intervals, and determine the most and least
helpful connections (edges) in the identification process.
