can you make sure that this is your public address though, your firewall may not expost your IP address as this,
I check this by going to a website from webbrowser

Changing nspowner in pg_namespace will changed the owner of the
schema.

also to add a pg user do this:
template1=# CREATE USER alice WITH PASSWORD 'pAssw0rd';
CREATE USER

dingying suggests that we use
birnwebp as user
birnwebhidprdp as password

raul, can you make a postgres user
as indicated below with that password and then change the ownership over to that user "birnwebp" of the current fbirn_test2 database?

UCLA has database name of fbirn_test. They give me database access with name of dwei.
