Local Quantification of Extra-Axial Cerebrospinal Fluid (Local EACSF)
Local EACSF is an open source tool that quantifies locally the extra-axial cerebrospinal fluid(EA-CSF). It is an interface based tool implemented in C++ and Qt and it gives a measurement of EA-CSF at each vertex of the brain surface. Local_EACSF needs surfaces, a tissue segmentation of the brain and a CSF probability map to Compute the EA-CSF.
